Great price, access from the drive way, convenient hours. Just moved in after renting space from Public storage. What a difference. Saves me $330 a month !!!

The hours listed on their website for their office hours were incorrect, but the employees were very helpful. Rachel recommended the perfect size I needed and we got everything set up over the phone. My move ended up being very simple because of her help.

The facility on Devonshire is clean and up to date. The staff is very friendly and made the sign up process easy and pain free. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

We initially got the storage unit in 2020 for at approximately $179.00 a month for a 10x10 unit for our odds and ends that we couldn't fit at our home. Unfortunately, over the past 3 years the storage unit gradually went up to over $300.00 a month, too steep for us to continue to pay, so we recently discontinued our services with them and moved our stuff out. Thank you for the very good customer service, I really appreciate how I was treated after calling because of a small error which Antoine was very helpful and showed very good customer service. I have been a customer for over 10 years at extra space storage and I definitely recommend them and a matter of fact I may be getting another unit. I feel it is safe and it is clean and the stuff I am storing is in good hands.

Today I visited my storage unit at Extra Space in Chatsworth, and I couldn't raise my unit door. I could feel that a chair had fallen and was preventing me from raising the door. I call the main office and a team of three met me at my unit!! They were amazing!! Not only did they get the door up but was kind enough to place my chair in a place and position so it wouldn't fall again. I know I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own, I greatly appreciate all your assistance!!! A sincere thank you!
