Super nice! The facility is clean and easy to access. Dan helped me move in and he was extremely helpful and professional.

The extra space team JJ and Keith did a great job with transferring the account of our late family member to me. Day of they helped with access, reviewing the documentation, cutting the old lock, giving us a new one and ensuring that we received a better rate than before. All with friendly and customer driven service.

When I needed a place to store items not needed at the time, I contacted Extra Space Storage in South Pasadena.They are conveniently located close to home, you are not asked to sign a lease, you pay month to month which is the best solution for me. The units are easy to reach and it's very secure. Most of all, the staff there are really easy to work with, very professional, helpful and attentive. So, if you are spring cleaning now, this is the perfect place to reach out to.
