Great place! Incredible service! I was needed vehicle storage ASAP and found a spot here online. Stephen, the manager, took care of everything to make sure I was all squared away with paperwork before bringing my vehicle over, making it a very quick and easy move in. Very convenient location. Very safe space.

The storage units are clean and well kept. No people loitering within the building. Eventho it is next to the metro rail station, the security is on point. Cameras all over the exterior. The gate remains locked at all times and the units are all mostly inside the building with max two floors. You need your specific code to get in. The hours are reasonable too. We were so happy to have met Steven and John- at South Pasadena Extra Space Storage! They were extremely helpful throughout the entire onboarding process and even helped us get properly acquainted with the grounds of the storage facility. Well, who likes renting storage, much less everything associated with it, like,... MOVING!!! This company was great and Stephen at the South Pas location was really super helpful and friendly. They were out of small units and he gave me some help over the phone to find one. So just a couple days later, we got one and are ready to get in there. Found the perfect storage space at 3am on my couch/phone. Online process was super simple and fast. I instantly received all my confirmation emails and easy detailed instructions. A few hours later I received a welcoming phone call from Steven and had all my questions answered. He walked me to my unit and made everything easy. Highly recommend this business!

Great customer service from all the staff in the office. Customer service calls can be a bit time consuming and confusing. I prefer to speak to someone directly to the actual location. I'm giving it 3 stars because of their prices are a bit too high and even if you get a good deal initially eventually their rates go up fast.

Booked online, super fast, very convenient and was extremely easy and straight to the point. Satisfied with my storage space, went and checked it out within 24hrs of booking online and everything was there and easy to find just like the email confirmation had mentioned. The manager also called to see if there was anything else I needed, great communication and follow through with the customer care.

We had a serious house fire and needed a conveniently located and easy to use storage for all of our salvageable belongings. Extra Space Storage fit the bill perfectly. They have been so helpful and kind from the start. The units are easy to access, especially with their new app controlled entry. There has been plenty of room for us to pull things out in front of our space, so we can organize what we have.
