This Extra space is super convenient. Totally drive through with easy access. Steven there is amazing at what he does, super courteous and friendly. Set me up quick and always made sure everything was good. Thanks for the great experience. Recommend to all!!!

Found this location while browsing for my first storage unit and it's in a great location! Honestly I don't think you'd know there was a storage facility there if you weren't looking, because it's tucked away in a small commercial street and surrounded by shops and eateries. Doesn't at all remind me of some of the giant and isolated storage facilities I've been to in the past. The storage facility itself is very clean and seems well-guarded. Stephen always goes way, way above the call of duty. Whenever I deal with him, it's like I'm talking to an old friend who just 'happens' to manage the storage units. This is a people skill that cannot be taught, but I sure am glad he has it. It makes the whole experience a pleasure
My wife and I recently sold our house and needed to find a storage facility quickly. Stephen M. at Extra Space Storage helped us do just that. Inquired online, received a call back first thing this morning. Stephen explained the process thoroughly, talked about the location, even offered some tips about south Pasadena, as I will be new to the area. Very good customer service! Overall great experience. I would highly recommend!!
I've been using Extraspace storage since they acquired Southmark Storage location in South Pas. We'd rented a 20ft container which allowed us access anytime within gate hours. Now, storing your personal stuff offsite shouldnt be difficult and the Manager, Steve Melnyk made us feel that our stuff was secure and that we were in good hands. Staff is so kind & helpful. Space is clean and easy to access. I had got a new payment card and completely forgot to update Extra Space with my new information. They called me to double check my card status with me before any extra fees added up. Simple mistake on my part that THEY took the time to address and it saved a huge headache. I was super grateful & they were already easy to work with before.
