We had a serious house fire and needed a conveniently located and easy to use storage for all of our salvageable belongings. Extra Space Storage fit the bill perfectly. Found this location while browsing for my first storage unit and it's in a great location! Honestly I don't think you'd know there was a storage facility there if you weren't looking, because it's tucked away in a small commercial street and surrounded by shops and eateries. Doesn't at all remind me of some of the giant and isolated storage facilities I've been to in the past. The storage facility itself is very clean and seems well-guarded. Stephen always goes way, way above the call of duty. Whenever I deal with him, it's like I'm talking to an old friend who just 'happens' to manage the storage units. This is a people skill that cannot be taught, but I sure am glad he has it. It makes the whole experience a pleasure
My wife and I recently sold our house and needed to find a storage facility quickly. Stephen M. at Extra Space Storage helped us do just that. Inquired online, received a call back first thing this morning. Stephen explained the process thoroughly, talked about the location, even offered some tips about south Pasadena, as I will be new to the area. Very good customer service! Overall great experience.
