I've had two storage units at this facility now and so far the experience has been quite painless. We had to size up our original unit recently and the process was very simple. Stephen (the manager) was really helpful in getting us into exactly the unit that we needed and took the time to walk me around the property to show me the various options. Their prices are reasonable overall, which is great as I wasn't particularly thrilled about having to rent a storage unit to begin with. They are also extremely close to where we l... read more

Wow it was amazing experience! Since I moved out and need a place to save my belongings, the staffs work here are extremely professional and friendly! They help me a lot! And also solve a lot of problems for me ! Appreciated a lot ! They are much better than other storages trust me !

THE NICEST PEOPLE EVER MANAGE THIS LOCATION. Seriously. If you're looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Mission Street. Management is awesome!! They are so super friendly and make you feel so right at home. I'm confident we made the right decision by choosing this storage spot. It's super safe, all the units are behind a coded gate and everyone building has locked doors, and they have convenient lifts to move stuff upstairs. They're the best!! I love the new access hours. It was a wait for the building keypads, but now I can access my space between 6 am and 10 pm 7 days a week! Best hours of any storage company. Also the managers, Stephen and JJ are very helpful. The facility is super clean and safe, and located right in beautiful Downtown South Pasadena right next to the metro. Also there's a great farmers market every Thursday afternoon/evening nearby. I'm so happy that the new owners have finally brought this storage into the 21st century. I just received a notification in the mail that they're going to increase my rent by $100!!! I've only been here 3 months and they're going to be charging me $300 instead of $200! What an insane rate change!!! I feel ripped off and now I will need to find a new place and move AGAIN!

They have raised their rates three times since they have taken over. All within this year! It's such a shame!!!

If I could give negative stars I would.. I bought a storage unit in which it was a "lien" unit and ended up being staged and nothing but trash in there. A safe was in the unit I bought but it had been broken into the gun cases had nothing but 2 1911mags. Shot gun and 45 rounds all over the floor.. I Lost 1300$ in this unit because nothing was good only trash.. the manager even before he opened my storage said " I saw some gun cases there by the door I didn't open them because I could get in trouble" that was a bit weird (may... read more
