Very professional..
The woman who did my drug test was such a sweetheart!! However, the lady at the front desk was rude and talking on her personal phone with AirPods in. I think it is unprofessional and she was not helpful.

They charged me $155 and did not help me I’m very sick and need antibiotics and they did not give me a prescription said they have to wait to get my culture back and in the meantime I’m getting sicker every day couldn’t even celebrate Mothers Day with my kids. I can’t get anyone to call me back. I’ve never gone to an urgent care or Dr’s office and have them not help me and send me home to suffer more. Now I’ll have to go somewhere else pay another fee so I can get the help I need.

First, a potential patient does not know whose who in the establishment; except for may the receptionist. No name badges, no introduction upon entering the exam room; nothing. Diagnosis is not made clear and prescriptions not fully clarified. Upon swabbing my nose for COVID/flu test; the person was very aggressive and started my already sensitive nostril to bleed. No apology, just handed me a tissue.

Rather a long wait time. The doctor that saw me over talked me when I was trying to explain how I felt. And I didn’t care for his tone either. He should probably try another profession

Doctor and staff are amazing, professional and caring. But the entrance door which slammed anytime anyone would enter or exit it, made the waiting area quite an uncomfortable experience when being sick with the flu.
This was the most awful experience! I made an appt for 2:06 and arrived at 1:45. I wasn’t finished until 4:15!!! They gave me the run around the whole time. They kept saying “we will be with you shortly”.haha The provider was with me 10 minutes after me waiting over 2 hours to be seen!(She was very nice.) I had pink eye due to allergies. Simple visit. Ridiculous waiting time!!! What was the point of making an appointment??? No way will I ever return there!!
