I was seen by Alesha MA, and her bedside manner was impeccable. I have issues with anxiety and germs, and she was very accommodating to my needs. She gave me space to clean what was already clean, and even gave me gloves. I was only there for a TB test, but she was so kind about my personal requests, Anna made me feel so comfortable.

Made an appointment on line for Thanksgiving Friday. Waited about an hour. Given X-ray and sent home with a stronger anti-biotic. Followed up by text on reading of Xray. Marginal pneumonia. Happy with ease of experience.

I came in today and couldn't walk because I messed up my ankle. They provided my husband with a wheelchair so I could easily get into the building. During our wait we were also given water as well. I truly enjoyed the staff and how they took the time to care for me.

Echo what other reviewers have said about timing. Came 15 minutes early, but still had to wait an hour-and-a-half to be seen. Hard to see the point of having an appointment. But the staff were friendly and helpful, so disagree with other reviewers about that part. They just need to sort out their staffing issues so the appointment time bears some resemblance to reality.

I was a walk-in and I was seen by Tyler Bradley, PA-C at this office. The entire office staff was very pleasant. I received great care and I would come back to this location if I ever needed to again. I highly recommend this office.

I was a bit apprehensive about going here since there were so many negative reviews, but I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I got. I needed to see a doctor on Christmas Eve and this was the closest urgent care near me, so I made an appointment the night before and filled out some forms online. Went to FastMed because I was out of town and away from my regular doctor. Staff was friendly and answered my questions.

We had a great experience with this office. Dr. Zachary something, I believe, was very thorough, compassionate, and concerned for my 4 year old. He even called us a few hours later to check on his condition. It took no time to get an appointment on Fourth of July weekend! I highly recommend this practice.

As a walk-in, the wait time wasn't to bad...especially during the holidays! Once we were called, the Dr. seen us within 5 minutes.
