Went to this location for a drug screen. I scheduled the appointment for 12:45. While waiting to be called to the back, I had to use the restroom. I asked the receptionist if they could possibly take the urine just in case it was hard for me to go again and her response was "They're not going to do that but I can give you a bottle of water and the by the time you're called you should be good." First, if I would give zero stars, I would. Receptionists were extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. They were condescending and belittled patients, on the phone and in person, and talked badly about coworkers and the company, loudly, in front of a waiting room full of patients. They also failed to sanitize anything being touched and reused, including clipboards, iPads, chairs, handles, etc. and only enforced mask rules with certain people. This hellhole deserves a zero rating. The staff here, particularly reception(terrible attitude & service) are horrendously incompetent. Refused to properly process insurance which covers this facility, & forced self pay with much verbal & nonverbal aggression. The so-called "health care" is a combination of incredibly subpar to nonexistent, depending on your condition. I wouldn't send an animal to this poor excuse for a medical establishment. Why mislead people that online check-in saves time, after setting an appointment everyone was served as they arrived...the.... unpleasant receptionist claims our insurance was invalid..I paid cash.., only one medical issue treated, others ignored..went to pharmacy, new insurance was available and paid for script...waste of time, no true care, incompetence
Rude staff! You fill up a ton of paperwork even after checking in online! Wait time is absolutely ridiculous! Avoid like the plague.
I should have checked the reviews before visiting, the check in process is dumb. First you create a Mychart account provide all of you information, meds, insurance, etc. Then when you check in you fill out a sign sheet then you do another echeck in with a tablet. Then you wait. Waiting is not a huge problem if you are a walk in but if you have an appointment then you should be given priority. This place sucks

I went to this location for an employment drug screening. While I was waiting on my test I was sitting close enough to check in to hear several other people check in for employment drug screenings as well. While 7 or 8 of us were waiting on our screenings a man came in obviously very sick, coughing nonstop and asked for a Covid test. They had him wait in the same area as all of us healthy people coughing nonstop for an hour. If I didn't need this test for my job I would have left immediately. Made an appointment and still waited almost two hours. Then was told that appointments were not really appointments. Then when I did get put in a room my wife and I got attitude from a nurse and how they had a lot of urgent care patient. I guess I was not one. This is the last time I will visit this location

This place is completely unprofessional. The people checking you in are not taking back patients in the correct order or processing paperwork correctly. They make you come back up and process paperwork after you have checked in. This led to multiple people getting called back before me. Someone who came in one hour after me got called back after 15 minutes of being here. When you ask the wait time they just say "whenever the paper gets back there".
