Worst place ever!!! Charged for a Covid test, not seen and front desk lady “Dionne” was very rude, I walked out. I was charged for a visit and I didn’t even get to have my test conducted, now let’s see if I’m reimbursed!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

My son was turned away from care because we showed up with no masks . Head gushing with blood…. We’re told we needed masks and that they had NONE to provide us with. My wife rushed to gas station to get some and when she came back was told her’s was too big and didn’t cover her nose properly and we would have to go outside. Complete lack of professionalism and complete lack of care for my 8 yr old son. Had to leave and drive 20 min up 85 to get my sons head stapled shut.
I really got to question the cleanliness of this facility. First I showed up this morning for an 8:30 appointment. I was 15 mins early, was not till 9:30 till they brought me back for my testing. upon entering the room. I spotted a used face mask on the shelf under the bed as shown in the photo. kinda discussed me seeing it.

My hubby went yesterday to get tested for covid-19 and they charged him 20.00 just because that is his copay even tho that test is FREE!..I think that was wrong he didn't even won't to get tested but had no choice seeing one of his employees tested positive.

My husband and I went for COVID-19 diagnostic and antibody tests. Six days later I was informed via a phone call that my (COVID-19) swab was "not received by the lab." My husband's test was negative, so I decided not to spend hours having it re-done. Also, knowing that accuracy of tests varies, we asked what brand/type of test they were using. The staff tried to answer our questions, but were unable. Disappointing.
