Scheduled an appt for our sons sports medical @ 6 p.m. and waited until 7:50 before we were call in No reason to make an appt they do not honor it at all. The staff was nice though and respectful.
Slow, uncaring, rude, and they have you fill out the same information multiple times, paper and digital copies. I always get sent to various FastMeds because of work and they never have the TVs turned on. The staff at this location openly ridicules the people waiting in the lobby. Contradictory signs in the lobby. Signs that do not apply. This location is managed by a complete moron. I made an appointment and had to wait an hour past my appointment time. The lobby was empty. Very inefficient. People who came in after me got to go before me.
went online and reserved a time for 7pm for my child's sports physical. show up at 6:30 the day of the appointment to a sign in the door saying they are temporarily closed...no email, no phone call, no nothing. I can handle longer wait times, and understand just bc I schedule for 7 it may be later due to what was before me....but to shut your office for the day and not communicate to someone is ridiculous
What's the point of setting appointments? I'm being serious. Scheduled an appointment yesterday 7-26-22 for today 7-27-22 and the appointment time was 3:45 and here it is 4:46 and haven't been seen yet. Absolutely unprofessional you allow yourselves to get this backed up. I see judging from other reviews this is an ongoing issue that has NEVER been resolved. It's pathetic. I hope your news isn't too urgent. Raced over after child's game. Visibly injured! Lights off before closing. Told "we don't have any appointments." You're urgent care! So BELIEVE ALL of the poor reviews. Spot on. Thanks for nothing. OrthoCarolina to the rescue.
The wait is ridiculous even with an appt. The older Receptionist is very rude and extremely Slow. Spends most of her time chit-chatting and drinking her Starbucks. Clearly not a people person. Half hour to check in when everything was done on line And had a bar code to scan but she said she didn't want to see it. Just had knee surgery had me get up and down multiple times than told me to wait in the car.
Horrible customer service. You walk in and they make you wanna turn around and walk out. The young girl at the front is rude as hell. Barely gives u time of day. Horrible horrible horrible. You wanna go to the doctors when ur sick to help feel better. They make u feel worse. I'd rather suffer then go here.
Total lack of customer service. I am not sure if the staff are trained in this aspect. They are also quite slow at getting things done. There were only about 10 patients, most were getting drug tests, but the wait is an hour and a half. They may be at a total lack of training at this location. It is sad to see so many bad reviews. Other locations are miles better than this one. Corporate needs to take the time to fix the issues here.
