I wish I could give this place no stars that's how terrible the service is here . I had to wait 4 hours to be seen this is unacceptable ! if you do not have to come here please don't.. & to make matters worse theres a (KAREN) at the front desk and very nasty to people who don't look or have the same color skin as her . NEVER AGAIN I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND !
PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE THEY OPENED THE DOOR AT 8:15 AND SAID THAT THEY HAD TO WAIT ON PROVIDER TO OPEN THE BUILDING. This place is very unprofessional and I feel that they need to open the doors on time even if provider is not there. I have worked in healthcare for many years via urgent care and that should not be policy.
Don't ever come here!! They didn't open the doors until 8:15 even though it says on the door that they open at 8. I had an appointment for 8:15 and it's been 30 minutes past that and I still haven't been seen. They have a sign at the front desk that says only one doctor working but I've seen 3 in the back!! Oh and the ladies at the front desk are not very personable.
showed up at 8am when the "opened" to get looked at for chest pain. waited half an hour and still not open. this place is awful and needs to shut down.
Not sure why I was dumb enough to try this place again. They can "schedule me" for tomorrow, since they're "full". You know, with 2 whole people in the waiting room. This place is an effing joke.

If you're needing a DOT Physical avoid this place at all costs. The doctor will make you jump through as many hoops as she can in order for you to pass. I had went to the doctor for an EKG awhile back because of irregular heart beat due to excessive exercise but all the tests came back normal. Even with the normal test results and access to all my information she still wanted me to get signed documentation from the doctor. The staff is extremely rude and I'm not sure why appointmen options are available when they can adhere to them.
Unbelievable. No appointment necessary clearly stated on the door. The time is 7:37p. No one waiting in the lobby. The hours on door are open until 8pm. They would not see me because I did not have an appointment. Corporate will be hearing about this.
Not sure why this company offers appointments or virtual check ins. They do not respect the time of any of it's patient's . Then they give excuses like the care provider is backed up from earlier, so why except appointments or why not say we're not accepting any more walk-ins. I'm at a loss because the network my companies with only uses this fast med. It's very disheartening to be in pain and deal with extremely long wait times! If the choice was mine I wouldn't be back!
