I was in there for 60 seconds after waiting an hour and a half to pee in a cup 😒😑 . Don't you think it would be much more productive and efficient if you ran drug screens n things of that nature thru a separate que instead of running it concurrent thru the same que as all the sick patients?! Now you got people risking their health and well being for non sick visit reasons. this clinic in Concord NC is a FRAUD, went there for covid-19 test wich i paid $25 in cash for it and after 7 months of my visit i received a bill from collection for $285 and i never received a original bill in paper or e-mail, can you believe that a simple test cost me a lot of money, and they charged to my health insurance too. Pls. don't trust these people here or any FM clinics.

If I could give zero stars I would! This clinic is slow as hell. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend! I checked in at 9. I had to hold my pee for 2 hours and it was excruciatingly painful. Drug test at 11. Didn't get into a room till noon and had to wait for 30 minutes in there for the slow ass pregnant doctor to do her job. There were 3 people ahead of me. She then had some excuse as to why she couldn't provide my medical card. Do not go to this clinic. They're awful and very unprofessional. My whole experience was unacceptable.

Thick black dust on the walls. Floors the haven’t been swept in weeks. Thick dust on every surface. The staff gets rude when you point out the disgusting medical office they keep. Refuses service!!!
Slow service. I REALLY dislike this place. I WILL NOT be coming here EVER if it wasn’t for this workers comp case!!! Do NOT recommend ANYONE here, I haven’t been to any other Fast Med Clinics. Nevertheless, I must say I am extremely dissatisfied with the service here, then they get upset with the patient when they’re tired of waiting for 2 hrs after their appointment time. Uggh 😑
What’s the point of setting appointments? I’m being serious. Scheduled an appointment yesterday 7-26-22 for today 7-27-22 and the appointment time was 3:45 and here it is 4:46 and haven’t been seen yet. Absolutely unprofessional you allow yourselves to get this backed up. I see judging from other reviews this is an ongoing issue that has NEVER been resolved. It’s pathetic. Sent here for a DOT drug screening, an hour and a half wait, rude front desk and a frickihg mask mandate. I go to the VA and they don't require a mask. This place Should be named SloMed. I will not be back.
