This is one of the worst places that I have been to! Whatever you do don't come here. I came here and was first told that it would be a 45 min wait, I waited 2 hours before I was seen. I went to the one in Concord NC and then I get a bill from them stating that my insurance is out of network with them, they billed it under a Clayton GA fastmed, I have been trying to get a hold of someone in their billing dept and have been on hold several times for over 10 mins each time and then I have to leave a message, I did leave a mess... read more

Terrible customer service, poor communication, they literally have the worse front desk clerks and you can't get a honest answer, I called one day to get my results from Covid and they said they didn't had any info due to labcorp having the results, called next day and they told me I could pick up my results like they don't want to deal with you so they will tell you anything to get you out of their hair! Worst place never again stepping into it. Stressing

"Checked in" online only to arrive at my appointment time and have to wait 30 minutes to check in again? There are multiple people in the lobby not wearing masks properly so if I'm not sick before I'm definitely sick now. An hour after my appointment time and still not seen. No point in checking in online if this is what it gets you.

Got here shortly after the clinic opened and I've now been waiting 2.5 hours to be seen! Didn't know about the online check-in, as I'm new to this area. I've been skipped 4 times by others who checked in online. I've read complaints on here from online check-iners but from someone who didn't even know about it, this process is a nightmare. First come first serve is best unless someone is bleeding to death and then, well, they should be going to the ER!!

Where I come from, words mean things. So when the website says you can e-register here to skip the line in the waiting room, I expect that to be the case. If FastMed isn't going to uphold what the website says, it should delete the wording from its website. Showing up an hour early with a sick child isn't fun. Neither is watching people be seen that showed up after you.

Would give zero stars if I could. Came back for a follow up and discovered all the documentation I needed to bring back to my employer had been lost. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She actually threw a pile of papers at me for me to search through while telling me "this isn't even my clinic, so I don't know what you want me to do". Literally the worst place ever. I came in for a simple drug screening for a job. They claimed to have me wait 40-50 min. I sat there for over 2 1/2 hours waiting. And when i asked why it was taking so long the staff was rude and inconsiderate. They told me to sit down and wait like everyone else. Wouod not answer my questions. If i could give it a 0 I would. It would. Be faster to go to the ER on a day that 10 busses crashed and everyone was injured.

I never write reviews (or negative reviews for that matter), but this one is necessary. I won't name specific people. I visited a few weeks back for a ear issue. I arrived roughly 20 minutes before closing. When I first saw the PA the first thing he said to me was "we're closing soon so we're going to have to make this quick." He looked into my ear and said I needed ear drops. I responded by stating I've had this issue at least a half a dozen times and I need my ears cleaned out. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO GIVE THEM "AT WILL" ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT! My wife visited this office in December because she was sick. She gave them our insurance and her debit card to pay the $20 copay. On February 5th, we got a bill for the part the insurance did not pay. Then, on Feb 13th, a charge for the amount the insurance didn't pay shows up on her debit card WITHOUT her authorization.
