As a walk-in, the wait time wasn't to bad...especially during the holidays! Once we were called, the Dr. seen us within 5 minutes.

We're happy to be there for you when your primary care physician's office is closed or can't fit you in, and the ER is too costly and too long of a wait. Good service. It started off a lil shaky with the greeter, but it worked out. The wait was quick. 2 people in front of me. The Dr was nice. Sounds like she had a cold as well. When leaving I got a goodbye, and a follow up call a few days later. Overall, not a bad visit.

Great service!! My 11 yr old needed to be checked for strep thoat and our new insurance can't be used at the urgent care we have always used. We walked in about 40 minutes before closing time on a Sunday afternoon. They were all very nice and attentive. Thankfully strep was negative! Will go here again if needed!
Excellent staff! I was there yesterday morning and the electricity had been out before they got there and there was no air conditioning. From the very beginning with Vicki to the nurse Kendra and the provider Carol they were very professional, funny and charming and was making the most of the situation. Never complaining but doing everything to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend this office to anyone who needs an Urgent Care!!
We were there this morning, super nice staff, quick service, even the sick 8 year old boy said "Wow, that was a lot better than I expected!".
FASTmed is NOT fast. I made an appointment and waited for over 2 hours. The doctor was nice but the wait was just ridiculous. They didn't seem busy as there was only one other person in the waiting room and no communication was given regarding how long I would be waiting or I wouldn't have stayed. I would have left but they had me pay prior to being seen.
Pay $200 to go to a doctor to get seen about an issue with muscle pain or a rotator cuff issue and was told to take Tylenol was in and out within 30 minutes and was told to return back to work with restrictions of lifting up to 20 pounds only but would not put on the doctors note that I have restrictions. I feel like I'm at loss of $200 now and still have a messed up shoulder and was just told to take over-the-counter ibuprofen for the pain worst experience of my life and will never return back to this fast med location
Aweful. Booked an appointment for a sick kid, waited 2 hours and still hadnt called us so we left and went elsewhere. I booked an appointment for a reason, no one wants to sit and wait HOURS with a sick child in a waiting room, its the worst.
unbelievabley horrible! dont go!!! soooo rude and uncaring, and treat you like you are bothering them. the place is completely unkept and bathroom is like a filthy service station!!!
