I went in on a Sunday morning and it was quiet. The staff were friendly and courteous and I was seen pretty quickly. My entire visit was only thirty minutes. Now that's FastMed! A P.A. was on duty and took a look at my wrist. She set me up with x-rays at their West Market Street Office as the x-ray machine at this office was on the fritz. My experience was great here at a time I needed to be seen quickly. The associate at the desk was helpful. The doctor was kind and thorough and had me out and picking up prescriptions within about 15 or so minutes. With my regular physician being in Winston-Salem, it is nice to know I can be seen here quickly and given the care I need.

Oops. Missed a broken arm. Two weeks after my visit I continued to experience swelling and pain. Got my X-rays that were taken by FastMed two weeks earlier and took to an orthopedist who instantly saw a break. It was a tough two weeks until the orthopedist applied a cast. The orthopedist stated that because of multiple previous breaks, the existing break could have looked like a healed break. He had the advantage of older X Rays with which to make comparison. I have nothing but great things to say about this office. The staff was really nice and I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be called back. I've visited this office over 5 times over the past 2 years and have always been pleased with the care.

My experience was OK. The check-in process is going to be slow if you've never been seen here before. They had my driver's license and insurance card for at least 10 minutes before collecting my copay. Once I got back into the exam room I waited for another 10 minutes. I saw a PA, who was nice and efficient, and then waited another 10 minutes for a nurse to come in and do my flu swab. I then waited 10 more minutes for the result. My family LOVES the Fast Med location on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro. No longer do we stress with sick children during the weekend or after hours. We know that they are there. Their check in staff is extremely friendly. The nurses are kind and patient. And while their doctors aren't pediatricians (I don't think) they are AMAZING with my 1 year old and 4 year old. The process is efficient and quick every time. So happy to have the professional medical staff and wonderful facility so close to home!
Nice, friendly staff. We rarely wait more than 5 minutes. Worth paying a higher co-pay for no wait.
