RecommendedI am a little late on the review, as it has been a couple of weeks since I was there. But I just had to say that I highly recommend this facility. Jennifer at the front desk is so sweet. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. They definitely care about their patients.

went in for a drug screen, the front desk lady Jennifer was nice and quick in the check-in process. Amber came and got me, she was very kind as well. I was in and out.

My whole experience was great! The facility is clean and the entire staff were kind and knowledgeable. What stands out the most is Jennifer. I didn't have a copy of my insurance card so she helped me go to the insurance website and email her my insurance card. While I was back in a room, she made me a laminated copy so I would have it with me. She is an amazing asset to your company.

I was so uneasy about going to an urgent care. The facility was very clean. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door. Jennifer was very helpful, getting me all checked in and easing my mind about being seen. She was very understanding and sweet. I felt as if my mom was behind the counter. Amber called me to the back and I saw Dr. Reed. They both were very helpful. Dr. Reed made sure he answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back

Jennifer helped me get checked in. She offered me water while I waited to go back to do my test. She held a conversation and was very kind. You don't get to deal with compassionate people like her at most urgent cares. Amber did my test and she was nice as well.
