I want to first off say that university Parkway was horrible do not use if possible!. showed up at 3pm was turned away for a tb test and drig screen which my company has a contract with. they where rude. Stratford was way nicer and help me in the best way they could.

Refused walk in care on Sunday August 14 at Stratford Rd clinic Was told “no, we are appointment only you will just have to go to the hospital “ So you no longer offer urgent care ?
slowest place I've ever seen. this place is ridiculous. needs to be shut down!!!!

I waited for 90+ minutes on 9/14 for a TB skin test before having to leave. Made an appointment on 9/15 for same test and waited over an hour!!! Not acceptable! Taking walk ins ahead of patients with appointments. Will advise my company not to use any FastMed sites for pre-employment tests.

I am sorry to say but this location has lost its way or I don’t know what’s failing but it’s no longer working at least for me. I do not want to have to sit in an emergency room all night and be exposed to lord knows what so I love the convenience of an urgent care. I came here last week with my son after trying to make an appointment online and it said the location was temporarily closed but something told me to drive by and to my surprise it was open, spoke with the receptionist who told me that they no longer are allowing... read more

1000 % terrible. Incorrect tests sent to Imaging were never corrected. Even after multiple, multiple attempts from myself and imaging place. I had to go to a specialist just so they could order the correct testing. If you have questions about your bill… tough luck! You can’t get in contact with anyone to ask a question. When you get the leave a message prompt, no one calls you back. I have even left messages for someone at patient satisfaction dept and STILL no call back. Now the bill has been sent to collections! This place is extremely inefficient....When you sign up for an appointment online, they have all these time slots open- but when you actually get there you end up waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room without being told ahead of time and then waiting an extra 20-30 mins to even be seen... if you even get seen! I had to poke my head out of the examination room to get any attention. And the PA I did end up flagging down was unprofessional, uncaring, and extremely rude.
