This location and the staff are nothing short of AMAZING. Truly what it means to be in the care of others as a profession. I was driving through WS when I had a panic attack- having never had one before I had no idea what was going on (I'm a healthy, active 22 year old). I have been here on many occasions for various reasons. The staff was kind and knowledgable. It was odd seeing the other negative reviews, as the facility was clean (especialy compared to others in WS) and the staff was pleasant.

The staff at FastMed was so kind and pleasant, from the girl at the desk to the helpful and knowledgeable medical personal it was a great experience. The service was so fast, no waiting in the lobby or being stuck in a room for 20 or 30 minutes. I walked in the door and was greeted right way. They handled all my paperwork quickly and took me right back. I wasn't feeling good and though I was coming down with Flu and they provided better care of me than my normal provider has for years. Walked in to get seen for an ear infection and filled out all the paperwork work to be told I had to pay 140.00 upfront to be seen, unfortunately I didn't have the money to cover it and asked if they had a payment plan and was told they do not and turned me away due to not having the funds upfront. They did say my insurance had covered half of the cost on the other hand.

Terrible customer service. Front desk is polite but lazy and literally skipped me over in the queue. I only came here because my employer stated this was the location to go to. The clinical staff was heavy handed and hurt me when they gave me a simple flu shot and TDap vaccine. I'm a CMA so I know what needle gauge and what to do. This place is trash as hell. I would never recommend coming here.

I have experienced unprofessionalism or chronic understaffing at this urgent care location on two separate occasions when I desperately needed treatment. In January, I woke up in the middle of the night with a fever and scheduled an 8 a.m. appointment. While driving to the office, I received a call informing me that no Nurse Practitioner was available at that location and I would need to go to another facility. I loved the people inside as I walked in Made all the prices clear. The billing office tried to charge me for extra fees and told me to contact the office. The office told me the manager would have taken care of the extra cost fees. A month later the charges and they keep sending me texts with links to pay the bill. Why even require insurance information to book an appt, if you don't actually bill insurance? Made an appt, put all the requested info in to speed up checkin only to be told I have to pay upfront and they don't bill insurance?? What sense does that make? The lady looked miserable and they had a full waiting room with open availability online. Very misleading.
