This place is rated 2 stars out of 5 for a reason! I won't even go into details because it's irrelevant! Go in and get your own experience! Honestly, this facility is LUCKY to even be able to hold 2 stars! However; the community is so lucky to have an operable Urgent Care facility located in such a busy area.. despite your level of mediocrity.

Honestly would call this a SlowMed " urgent" care and give it 0 stars if it's possible. Came in for urgent fast care but instead I got a 2 hour wait along with 1 hour of wait in the room waiting for a physician to see me. How absurd it must be when I see so much people working. What in the world of Winston-Salem is taking them so long ??!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I will never be going here again. We scheduled an appointment for 7:45 since they had availability online. We showed up early to the appointment and the lady at the front desk said "sorry we're not taking any more patients". I find this ridiculous considering we made an appointment online. She offered to schedule one in the morning but we ended up going to the ER instead since it couldn't wait until the morning.

This is not the first bad experience I have had with this location. I don't understand where this location hires the front desk people from, but clearly the standards aren't that high. I am 6 months pregnant with Cigna insurance that I know is in good standing. I have used this insurance and have been just fine UNTIL I come to this place. I totally understand the frustrations of being a healthcare worker in a pandemic. I myself am a healthcare worker and it has been very challenging serving the community during a time where people are not very friendly and impatient. Place is very unprofessional I came in for an an ear infection 45 mins before they closed they seen me claim they were sending my prescription to the cvs I sat in there for a whole hour no prescription ever came and I have no insurance so I paid for the service I'm so mad It feel like I'm bought to die

I have been to FastMed 3 times and the first 2 were great. This last time however we were seen by a PA named Chris, he was rude, uncaring and did not listen to our complaints. The worst care I have ever received!
