Rude nurse, unorganized and staff lacks competence. Worst urgent care clinic I ever dealt with.

This place is awful!! Sooo slow! I was the only person in the waiting area and it took almost an hour to bring me back for a flu shot!! So ridiculous!! Tried to come on the previous day and walked out after waiting 30 min to just get called up for paper work! Fast med is not the appropriate name it should be called slow med!! This place is a joke! I'm a RN and would never want to work somewhere so inefficient as this place!

DO NOT GO TO FASTMED URGENT CARE!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS. 1. WRONG/INACCURATE DIAGNOSIS 2. WILL PUSH SUPPLIES ON YOU THAT YOU DON'T NEED 3. A WASTE OF TIME 4. WILL COST YOU This place is horrible and a complete waste of time. I went in to this Urgent Care due to an ankle injury and the Dr. (likely not even a real Dr.) requested x-rays and couldn't tell "for sure" if I had a fractured ankle or not, but said that I likely do and recommended I go see another Dr. to get the expert opinion. Very friendly desk staff only problem I have is I was charged for a dot physical and then only told at the end that I couldn't be approved because I needed some other certification before hand

Wait is far too long!!!! Running 1 hour at the minimum even with an online appt. Not sure what is taking so long to be seen but this is VERY frustrating!!!

Our urgent care clinics are there for you when you need it most, such as on the weekends, holidays and after work and school hours when your primary care is closed. Rather than wait an average of four hours in the emergency room, our patients typically get taken care of and are out the door within an hour. My daughter went in yesterday at 8;00 with What she knew was a urinary tract infection. Tried to get ahead of it. Their cultures came back negative because it was too early so now, 24 hours later, she's in severe pain and discomfort at 5 am. If they would have just give her antibiotics she wouldn't be suffering!!!!! I as her mother am so angry because you cannot fix this with anyjond if pill. Will go to NOVANT next time.

I went to this location on Tuesday, March 7th (2017). The FastMed site states ""Our friendly staff is trained to check you in, determine your health issues, and get you on the road to recovery as efficiently as possible." In real life: I was taken back by an unprofessional nurse who did not call my name (she just nodded at me--had I not been the only patient in there, I would not have known it was my turn to be seen). I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my daughter in with a very high fever but wasn't sure if the thermometer was correct. I asked them to take it before moving on to the emergency room, which was where they said I needed to go. Someone came out and took her temp and said that it was only 101.8, so they could treat her. She was suppose to be next in line. We waited over 90 minutes for someone to come out to get her. Once we were back there, they took her temp again. My experience here was bad. After seeing the Fast Med doctor, I later saw my regular doctor to fix issues that were not resolved and what my regular doctor said conflicted what the Fast Med doctor said. I do not trust this facility and will never be going back.
