Seeing the reviews I was nervous about having to get a drug screening for a new job here. HOWEVER, when I went in this AM, the staff were absolutely lovely. So kind and I was in and out within 25 minutes. The receptionists and the person who handled my screening were kind and efficient and answered all of my questions. As long as you make an appointment and bring your required info, they have you in and out. They deserve lots of praise. I'm very happy I had my screening here.

I arrived at the facility at 8:50 AM for a drug test required by my job; Amber, their receptionist was both friendly and fast at getting me in and out of there by 9:25 AM. The nurse who oversaw my drug test was named Whitney, whom also was friendly and handled my drug testing expeditiously. I have absolutely no complaints with the way they handled my visit and am quite happy with their process.

Super friendly staff. Came in 11/14 and was seen within 30 minutes of walking through the door. Very quick test. Overall fantastic experience and will come back for any minor medical needs.

This was my first time here and overall the experience was pretty good. The check in was very easy. Unfortunately the wait time was very long. I arrived at 10:30 am. I didn't get called back until 11:50 am. Then I didn't actually leave until 12:45. But that's okay because all the staff was very nice and welcoming. I would come back again!

Such an amazing staff!! I came in on a holiday and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Everyone from the woman who checked me in to the woman who took my vitals to the PA who treated me were incredible. They were kind and patient. I was in and out of the office within an hour. I've been to a lot of urgent care facilities in NC and this was by far the best.

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but my experience was great! Very quick, friendly, efficient service. In and out for a strep test (negative) within an hour. I recommend it!

PA Kimberly might actually be an angel on Earth. I accidentally punctured my index finger on a Sunday morning and the wound required 8 stitches. The staff of Fast Med worked quickly, effectively, and with great intent to address my finger. I was brought back within 20 minutes and a nurse saw me within 5. When the Physician Assistant began my sutchures, her kindness and bedside manner (with some help from pain meds) made me forget the trauma I recently had undergone. I woke up this morning, feeling pretty bad-off. What I had hoped was a run-of-the-mill sinus infection that I could just push through had migrated to my throat and I knew I was not going to be able to fake my way thru my day. I sprained my wrist and was seen by Danielle Sykes, PA. She noticed something about my eye, that hardly any doctors I've seen have mentioned that. Even my current PCP.She took care of me properly with a brace, that stops my wrist from going to the worse part for pain. I saw negative remarks in a few ,but I cant relate to those because maybe, the place was busy, or you were unhappy that day. No matter the reason.
