My experience in the facility was ok. I had a urinary tract infection come on me very suddenly late in the day so I couldn't go to my doctor's office. I was supposed to work tonight but had to go to the Urgent Care. I have an infection and they prescribed me antibiotics. They asked what pharmacy so I said the one nearest to me...I'm new to the area of town in which I'm now living. THEY did not check to make sure the pharmacy would still be open. What is the point of checking online to " reduce your wait time", when it doesn't actually seem to benefit one to do so. After checking in online, AND completing the paperwork, supposedly to expedite the process, my husband is still waiting to be seen, well over an hour after the time slot he was given. It would have been nice to know in advance, that, apparently on Friday, they have only "one provider" and therefore a long wait. My thinking is that if you advertise that you are giving flu shots and competing with a drugstore in the same plaza, you may want to up your game. Waited over an hour for a flu shot. In fact I believe we would have waited longer if I didn't get up and say something. There was no reason that anyone should have to wait an hour for a flu shot. Fail.
I came to this facility with a chief complaint of swelling,,legs ect.the week before I was there I was seen for asthma. It was present but not as bad. The PA,a woman was initially rude and short. Because I had scrub clothes on she assumed I was a nurse, I am not. She told nurse to give me a chest xray, and upon returning to my room she told me I need to go to the hospital,,,said I had acute congestive HEART failure,,,,,,I'm like what?????? If I could select less than one star I would do it!! Waited over an hour for a TB blood test. The lobby had only 2 other people in it. Then they took my back and I waited for another 30 minutes to get the blood work bc they had messed up the order!! Even with an email stating the exact order and where to send it!! Would NOT recommend this place.
If the PA spent as much time listening to her patients as she did applying her horrific fake eyelashes, this place wouldn't be so bad. But seriously, is this a medical facility or a night club?

HORRIBLE!!! Went there with flu symptoms waited well over a hour coughing crying & sneezing no one asked anything or helped just for me to ask how much longer for them to say they dont know.. & watch them order pizza. They dont care about the well being of there customers. Not to mention my first visit they wrongly charged my card weeks after I visited them.
I went in because I was having a hard time breathing and needed an EKG which when I checked on-line this urgent care facility had one available. I have had heart failure before and really wanted someone to check my vitals. I was told that there would a one hour wait. The check in person was rude and seemed to think I should wait or go elsewhere. In retrospect I should have gone straight to the hospital ER. I arrived there at about 2:50 and was not seen by the doctor until way past 5.... I was told there was a wait because all the rooms were full and ok, I get it people get sick. But sitting in the room and listening to the doctor speak to the nurse about the country club, groceries and idk what all other nonsense was not comforting... so I guess the wait and the full rooms is because he doctor and nurse are conversating and not tending to patients.
