I arrived there at about 2:50 and was not taken back until past 5.... I was told there was a wait because all the rooms were full and ok, I get it people get sick. But sitting in the room and listening to the doctor speak to the nurse about the country club, groceries and idk what all other nonsense was not comforting... so I guess the wait and the full rooms is because he doctor and nurse are conversating and not tending to patients. These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. Waiting for over for my daughter's pre-employment drug test seems a big excessive. it take two minutes to have someone urinate in a cup. Nothing fast about this place
I will never go to this location again. Made the call ahead time, front staff couldn't put my insurance in right after saying who's primary and who's secondary. I waited an hour and a fifteen minutes and there was only 3 people ahead of me. This place is slower than pouring frozen molasses!
Waste of my copay ...the younger Dr was not very capable. The doctor I saw did not care about me as a patient - he prescribed a low dose antibiotic 220 mg for 6 days and said ...I am going to give this to you although I know this is not going to work for you ...WHAT??? ..Why am I here....wasting my money and his attitude was also off the charts - It was a sinus infection which is not rocket science. The staff was professional and courteous with me, but I felt ripped off after they told me they had no diagnosis for my ailment and sent me out the door with a get well wish. A complete waste of my time and money.
The PA & nurse were very nice & helpful. Unfortunately, Alicia behind the desk was terribly rude & unwelcoming. She offered no compassion or tact because I didn't have my insurance card. Her tone was condescending & I wasn't the only one who thought so as I heard another patient exchange words with her. While this establishment is perfectly clean & the medical staff capable, this woman was a poor reflection of a decent business. With one other person in the lobby, we waited AN HOUR & A HALF!
