Updated review I went o go get my tb test read because clearly I don't have it and then they said they can't check it until later in the day when they are busy with people who don't even have insurance I don't have time to wait for that also their employers are dressed in pajamas truly unprofessional

I swear to God. they actually forgot I was in the room after theh took my vitals. I waited because I exptected them to be slow, but not mentally slow.

Made an appt online. Got there 10 min before my time and still waited one hour and 50 minutes to be seen. Basically the appointment system is a waste as everyone who was there before me has priority, and I only had priority over anyone who came after me----the definition of a walk-in----why post that you can make appointments. They are very short staffed (they reported that they only have one doctor and one nurse one throughout the day) and receptionist apologized for the wait as I was leaving. Wish I could leave 0 stars. I've been here a few times in the last year simply because it's the closest location that my insurance covers to me. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude, and despite the fact the front door says "no appointment necessary" every time I walk in I'm told very rudely that an appointment is required. The last time I went I tested positive for the flu. The next day my wife went in to get tested as well. She was there for over 2 hours waiting to be seen. Hours say 8-4 on Sunday. Was there at 8 and waited and waited, but nobody showed. I was trying to get seen as early as possible but so much for that.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The only good reviews are 2 years ago or more. Apparently even though it says no appointment necessary on the door you do need an appointment. Hours on the door say 8am-8pm. I went at about 655pm. Two ladies were walking out. They said we are closed. I pointed to the sign on the door displaying their hours. They said the doctor had already left for the day because they didn't have any more appointments. I was confused since the sign on the door said "no appointment necessary ". Husband visited today trying to be seen for illness that has progressed and needs attention . Used to use this location 6 years ago when he worked in Winston Salem. Receptionist proceeded to tell him "it is by appointment only and there are no openings until next Thursday" which is 6 days away. She seemed very smug while delivering that message. So it is not "urgent care" not sure whether staff quit or what is going on. Don't waste your time!

For company drug tests. I'd give it less stars if I could. They give you a window of time, no scheduled time or date. Movie theaters are more organized than this place. They prioritize who they believe should go first, it's not first come. It's not until you finish the paperwork that they actually give you a time you're gonna go in but they'll tell you you'll be seen sooner. Wasted my entire morning here waiting. And they seem to have more people out from then in the back.
