Felicia is amazing, I just wish we had met her sooner! She has made the selling and buying experience stress free and handled everything like the pro that she is. Felicia Werk is excellent! If there was 100 star option I would truly give Felicia the 100 stars. Felicia found us the home of our dreams. She showed us many different homes and she would always make sure when she knew something was not our style, the next home was what we were looking for. She could always tell by our expression that yes I like the home but not in love with it. I had to sell a house from two states away. Felicia made everything easy and took care of everything that came up. It could have taken a lot longer to sell/close if I had to resolve them by traveling to Kenosha. I didn't even have to attend the closing.
