She gave us input about any updates we needed to do before selling and then continued following up with us until we were ready to sell. Felicia did a great job! She helped me sell a family home quickly and for 10% higher than other realtors were pricing it, all while I was living in another state. She achieved this higher selling price through her expertise and diligent work on my behalf. Where do I even start!!! I contacted Felicia with a huge task at hand. I had small budget and I wanted more house. She had me out seeing houses the minute she heard about them or when they came across her desk. Luckily I was flexible to go see whatever the moment she called! She ended up calling me on a house that originally was out of my budget, but ended up listing at a different price. Immediately put an offer and got the house!! Since I am a single mom she knew what I was looking for. Wouldn't change a thing!!!

Shes the best. She had my house under contract within a week and secured the max appraisal price. She has my highest recommendation! I was going through a nasty divorce and Felicia helped tremendously with keeping both parties informed. She fills the voids, keeps you updated, and gets the deal done. A true professional!
