Wish I could give her more stars. We had to call her after we heard how much she sold a neighbor's house for. 3 or 4 seconds after our phone conversation started, I liked her. 3-4 minutes later I loved her and from there out she did everything she said she would do. Had a stager come in after a few days, took pictures the next, 5 days later we had a offer that was higher than our asking price. Felicia is awesome! She helped us sell our condo and assisted us in buying our new home, too. Her ability to make any sale happen is second to none. She was very flexible when we needed to meet with her and extremely quick to respond when questions came up. She even worked on things for us the day before her wedding!
