Felicia is an AMAZING realtor. She is a go-getter and works tirelessly while making you feel as though you're her only account. When working with her it becomes apparent right out of the gate why she's rated as a top selling agent both locally and in the state of Wisconsin. I am the trustee of a trust that owned a home in Kenosha. I got a phone call from Felicia (she was actually trying to reach someone else and had dialed the wrong number). When she introduced herself to me I told her that we were actually in the market for a house (first time buyer) and we should set up a meeting. BEST decision we could have made!! I was very weary about listing my house with a realtor but once I met Felicia I knew I made the right decision. Felicia is upfront, honest and does not sugar coat anything - her goals are very realistic and quite frankly I've yet to meet another realtor with her knowledge. Very professional with a great team. Excellent communication and follow. Having worked with businesses for over 45 years, I can see that she had the whole process from listing to closing nailed down perfectly. This was our 8th house we sold and this one was the easiest and best handled one. She and her team are very highly recommended by me.
