Realtors will often promise the world but not deliver. I am happy to say that Felicia was just the opposite. Her attention to detail and marketing expertise sold our condo on the lakefront in Kenosha much faster than anticipated. She went out of her way to make things easy since this was a second home and we weren't in the area to coordinate the preparation and listing. I would highly recommend Felicia. I don't know how she can have sold so many homes this year when we felt like we were her only clients.

Felicia did such a wonderful job helping my husband and i find our first home! Felicia was great to work with!! She went out of her way to make sure we found the perfect house for our family! When it came time to put in an offer, she made sure we got a fair price and anything that we wanted in the contract. She was always very prompt with any answers we had, and is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with!!! If we move again we know exactly who to go with!!
