I am the trustee of a trust that owned a home in Kenosha. As trustee, I needed to respect the interest of the trust's beneficiaries as well as ensure that I was fulfilling my responsibilities as trustee. Felicia provided expertise as well as peace of mind. I got a phone call from Felicia (she was actually trying to reach someone else and had dialed the wrong number). When she introduced herself to me I told her that we were actually in the market for a house (first time buyer) and we should set up a meeting. BEST decision we could have made!! I was very weary about listing my house with a realtor but once I met Felicia I knew I made the right decision. Felicia is upfront, honest and does not sugar coat anything - her goals are very realistic and quite frankly I've yet to meet another realtor with her knowledge. Very professional with a great team. Excellent communication and follow. Having worked with businesses for over 45 years, I can see that she had the whole process from listing to closing nailed down perfectly. Words cannot describe how lucky we were to find and work with Felicia. We would highly recommend her to everyone. This was the second property Felicia sold for us in the past 5 months. We were relocated out of state and Felicia and her team (Sue) were wonderful to work with; their responsiveness and expert advice was invaluable while we could not be present for the sale of our properties. My husband and I are first-time homeowners. We found Felicia and her staff to be extremely helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions. We looked at only 4 homes when we found our first house. It is perfect! Thanks to Felicia and her team for their hard work.
