Felicia is the best! She was quick to answer any question we had and went above and beyond to help us. She even helped us find a temporary rental while we build a new home, which was wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to buy or sell their home. She is truly amazing!
Wish I could give her more stars. We had to call her after we heard how much she sold a neighbor's house for. 3 or 4 seconds after our phone conversation started, I liked her. 3-4 minutes later I loved her and from there out she did everything she said she would do. Had a stager come in after a few days, took pictures the next, 5 days later we had a offer that was higher than our asking price.
