This is more a pizza joint than an Italian Kitchen. Was very disappointed. I ordered the Fiorella Salad and noticed that the things stated on the menu weren’t in the salad. So I asked about them, and the server told me that they don’t put those things in the salad any more; and specifically, the burrata was out of stock. Isn’t this something that should have been mentioned when I ordered it? Also had the Alfredo which was pretty standard, nothing special. I wish that I ordered the pizza.
The waitress couldn’t get the drink orders correct, the pasta was either red sauce or cheese based, the server basically through my colleagues entree at her, the entree came on the heals of the salads, the ravioli was watery because it had been frozen, waitress couldn’t tell the difference between Pinot noir versus Pinot Grigio....it was a last minute decision to dine here. Should have just gone to Chipotle or something similar. Garbage.
Food wasn't worth what I payed. It was runny and not much favor
There was a party going on in the restaurant with loud music. I could not hear the person beside me. I will never go back there.
The food was pretty good but my main gripe is the drinks. My girlfriend and I split a 48 oz punch bowl and we didn't think they added any alcohol to it. Since I was driving, I only had about 8 oz of the drink. My girlfriend had the other 40 and wasn't even buzzed. Now, I've had my share of 40 oz beverages before and after one of those, I'm feeling good. She didn't feel a thing. Also, the service was slow and water refills were very infrequent.
Pricey and the food isn’t that good. My chicken Alfredo was gelatinous. The pasta was over cooked. The sauce was thick and unappetizing. My friend had the open faced lasagna which was a lasagna noodle (over cooked and baked?) with sauce that was thick and a dried out meatball. While the service was good, I’ve had much better Italian.
We decided to try this establishment because it was National Harbor Restaurant week. We reside at the harbor, but rarely eat at other places at the harbor, besides Bond 45 or Public House. I must say, I was extremely dissatisfied. I had the Ravioli with the lemon (can remember the name) cocktail and my Mr had the Salmon. We shared the meatballs. When I asked the waitress “what would she recommend” beverage wise, she said I don’t know I do everything good. Well, I would be one to disagree. The food just seemed to lack. It was... read more
The pizza was good and the salad was average (2 people did not like it and 2 did). The waitress asked for our drinks and total order at the same time. The drinks staggered out In 2-3 minute gaps first the beer, then the wine, followed by the martini. I ordered a dirty vodka martini. There were 0 olives and it tasted watered down. I never thought one could mess up that drink, but I was proved wrong. I ordered the “chicken parmesan pepperoni (not sure I got the full name correct), and it is NOT chicken parm. I don’t know what ... read more
The menu did not match what we had seen on open table so we were not able to get anything we had planned on. Our server was kind of non existent and not very knowledgeable about the quite limited menu. The food was fair. The mozzarella appetizer was good but the open face lasagna was pretty sad. It was more of a pie than a lasagna and the pasta was thick and gummy Overall it was very disappointing, especially considering it was supposed to be a birthday celebration. We will not be back
