The service here was terrible. My server never came to check on my table so I had to ask other servers to help us whenever we needed something. The food was just ok.
The food was nothing special and was overpriced. The bread was stale and the restaurant was fairly loud. One person in our party ordered the ravioli which only came with 5 ravioli...for over $20. This place is a tourist trap...and we fell for it.
The food was mediocre, especially considering the cost. My sauteed spinach side was swimming in oil. We had to ask 3 times for bread, which was brought to us after our entrees were served.
We visited here on mother's day for dinner....we were sat right away according to our reservation time. The server wasn't very responsive or attentive from the start....didnt have recommendations or suggestions and couldn't describe the spice flavor the 5 spice ribs besides that they weren't spicy...drinks sat empty until we asked for more water/soda ...the food is really really tasteless....even the pizza is bad. Ledo pizza would have been better, seriously. The calamari is too thick and not crispy enough again with no sort... read more
The food was good portion size but it was very bland. I never put salt on anything & I had to salt my food at least 3 times. Since I order one of the more expensive items on the menu I was expecting the food to be on a different level
Very over priced for what you get. We ordered Salmon, pizza , salad, pastA, the full Menu. Everybody said the same. We do t mind paying high prices, if it's worth it. This definetly wasnt. Then when the meal was endung the busboys were hovering over us to leave. It wasn't like it was crowded. There were about 15 tables open. We finally said something to them. It was not a good experience. We had 7 people in our party and all said the same.
Can't say I'll ever return here. The food was really overpriced and very sub par for Italian. Caprese salad had dry balls of mozzarella and maybe 10 grape tomatoes sliced in half over arugula. The minestrone soup was not bad but spicy which is not common for this soup. The wine glasses were poured light and the place was extremely loud even at 60% capacity. I didn't have pizza but what I did eat wasn't too good.
My food was extremely over salted. When I mentioned this to the server she spoke to the manager and offered a replacement meal. At the end of the meal she brought us an oversized piece of tiramisu for my wife and I to share.
I try and give Fiorella's a chance every time, but now I'm just over it. Service has always been sub par and the food is not good enough to overcome the service. My husband ended up with fruit flies in his wine and our drinks stayed regularly empty for too long. It's always busy, but it's usually full of tourists that don't know any better (I reside at the Harbor). The price you pay for what you get is not worth it. Don't bother wasting your time or money.
