Made an early reservation to allow time between our concert and dinner. From the second we sat down to the time we walked out the door we were rushed. Ordered a bottle of wine two apps and two entrees, by the time I traded the wine the apps were out which was nice. Within two minutes out entrees arrived... We've been here before and loved it...but this go around the food wasn't very good and the service was definitely lacking. Seems like Mgmt may have changed...the little things just weren't as good.
Seated promptly. Served water and bread promptly. We ordered immediately. Everything after that went downhill. The restaurant was super loud; bad acoustics. The waitress didn’t check back. After 1 hour I flagged down someone since our waitress had done a disappearing act. I noted we hadn’t received our meals and it had been an hour. She said she would check on our orders. It took the server over 20 mins to bring our drinks. From the time we sat down our food came out 45 mins after we sat, and at different times, so some we cold. Our server never checked on us. One of our entrees was entirely wrong because our server wrote down the wrong item. Not staffed right and kitchen was really really slow. The food was good once we all got it, aside from temp. Unimpressed with food or atmosphere , mainly pizzas, otherwise small selection of food
The service here was terrible. My server never came to check on my table so I had to ask other servers to help us whenever we needed something. The food was just ok.
The food was nothing special and was overpriced. The bread was stale and the restaurant was fairly loud. One person in our party ordered the ravioli which only came with 5 ravioli...for over $20. This place is a tourist trap...and we fell for it.
The food was mediocre, especially considering the cost. My sauteed spinach side was swimming in oil. We had to ask 3 times for bread, which was brought to us after our entrees were served.
We visited here on mother's day for dinner....we were sat right away according to our reservation time. The server wasn't very responsive or attentive from the start....didnt have recommendations or suggestions and couldn't describe the spice flavor the 5 spice ribs besides that they weren't spicy...drinks sat empty until we asked for more water/soda ...the food is really really tasteless....even the pizza is bad.
