The food was good portion size but it was very bland. I never put salt on anything & I had to salt my food at least 3 times. Since I order one of the more expensive items on the menu I was expecting the food to be on a different level
Very over priced for what you get. We ordered Salmon, pizza , salad, pastA, the full Menu. Everybody said the same. We do t mind paying high prices, if it's worth it. This definetly wasnt. Then when the meal was endung the busboys were hovering over us to leave. It wasn't like it was crowded. There were about 15 tables open. We finally said something to them. It was not a good experience. We had 7 people in our party and all said the same.
Can't say I'll ever return here. The food was really overpriced and very sub par for Italian. Caprese salad had dry balls of mozzarella and maybe 10 grape tomatoes sliced in half over arugula. The minestrone soup was not bad but spicy which is not common for this soup. The wine glasses were poured light and the place was extremely loud even at 60% capacity. I didn't have pizza but what I did eat wasn't too good.
My food was extremely over salted. When I mentioned this to the server she spoke to the manager and offered a replacement meal. At the end of the meal she brought us an oversized piece of tiramisu for my wife and I to share.
I try and give Fiorella's a chance every time, but now I'm just over it. Service has always been sub par and the food is not good enough to overcome the service. My husband ended up with fruit flies in his wine and our drinks stayed regularly empty for too long. It's always busy, but it's usually full of tourists that don't know any better (I reside at the Harbor). The price you pay for what you get is not worth it. Don't bother wasting your time or money.
We have eaten here a couple times and this far has been the worse experience. Food was sub par. The service was left to be desired. When this place first opened food was great and so was the service. It will be a good while before we go back
We had a training server on a busy Saturday Night. We had all the food delivered at once. Appetizer (which was not what we ordered) with entrée. No sign of manager. Food was subpar. Everything tasted the same. Open faced lasagna and sausage on pizza were almost non edible. The server who was training was nice and had 20 % taken off bill but a visit from the manager to apologize was needed.
The wait staff need to be better trained and supervised. The lack of a visible manager to observing the disappointing service is troubling. Food OK but I wouldn't return due to the service.
We waited two hours for our food and the food was average and overpriced, the waitress was not friendly and never asked us to refill our drinks... we used to really enjoy coming here...
