They have the worst customer service they said I must go into a office I bought online didn't know where a office was I ask if she could give me a address she angrily said no I can tell you we got one so rude I left them

The worst insurance company ever. My car was stolen from right in front of my job. I'm in and out my car during the day. They decide to deny my claim because there's a possibility that the key was in the car. I don't know if the keys were in the car or not they are always in my pocket. But I notice I didn't have my keys. So I always lock my car just by hitting the button. My didn't make the noise to let u know if the keys are in the car. So I assumed I had my keys.
