By far the worst company I've dealt with. I pay 280 a month, now that I've had an accident,they didn't put me in a rental with I have that coverage. Want me to get my own then they will refund me 12$ a day on it. They won't answer calls ,now my car is totaled , not only am I having to pay my deductible but also 1088$ and 527$ for tow and conditions of car. This is upsurd

I wish I could go lower. They like to do a bait and switch with pricing. Go somewhere else because the insurance is sub par, sky high, and they won’t do full coverage on anything aged in the past 5 years. They are just garbage. If you have them start running and run fast.

I have an ongoing claim and have been ignored for the past week trying to respond back to a voice message i received. The adjuster have not contact me back after several attempts. I contact a supervisor and i'm still waiting but they have no problem harassing you for payment. This doesn't make sense. I will be contacting a lawyer to see to it that by claim is handled. I would not recommend this company. It should not be this hard to get help.

Worst insurance company ever. I tried to get them to take a partial payment they asked me why would I need to do that? And refused to take it. Rudest staff, constantly transferring you they can not help you. I have never seen a worst customer service in my life. Staff will literally argue with you very unprofessional. I’m not sure if this is a real insurance company at this point I’m shopping for a new one! DO NOT use acceptance!

Customer service is horrible. They are not in 2023 when it comes to signing documents , You have to go in to a local office. No thanks! Not to mention , I did not get any documents via the mail from them. I’m going back to *****.

Acceptance Insurance is a scam. The insurance rates are extremely high for such poor quality insurance. I been with Acceptance on and off for along time. I have seen how much the customer service and the insurance prices have changed over the years. Some of the customer service reps are not friendly and do not know how to answer questions. Instead of trying to assist, your call could be transferred to an unknown department...The hold time to speak to a live CS rep could take up to 15 minutes or longer. I got a policy on the 8th of April and then had to pay again 10 days later I never knew you pay car insurance every 10 days I was told I would be paying 7th of every month I call to talk to TIm downtown Nashville location which is rude and didn’t explain to me they’ll be taken 234 out of my account every 10 days

The insurance is way over priced, the customer service is ok. You’ll get some nice reps but most reps don’t know the correct information and will not help you. I had to call 3 times to speak to someone about canceling my insurance with them since each rep told me 3 different things to be able to cancel it.
