Me, my husband and two kids were in an accident with an Acceptance Insurance policy holder who was at fault and have had nothing but TERRIBLE service with every one of the adjusters and claims department workers... we have currently settled, but have been told it will take 7-10 business days for the lien to receive payoff! I have had this insurance almost 5 years and yes I have had lapse at times but I had insurance with them and they claim I never had insurance so my license was suspended because of this issue , but how you deny me of no insurance when I still have insurance through you all but you all Insure people with no license so I need to report this to the DMV office the corporate is in Nashville TN this is not right and there no way I can go 6 months without insurance no way they need to be shut down
They have the worst customer service they said I must go into a office I bought online didn't know where a office was I ask if she could give me a address she angrily said no I can tell you we got one so rude I left them
The worst insurance company ever. My car was stolen from right in front of my job. I'm in and out my car during the day. They decide to deny my claim because there's a possibility that the key was in the car. I don't know if the keys were in the car or not they are always in my pocket. But I notice I didn't have my keys. So I always lock my car just by hitting the button. My didn't make the noise to let u know if the keys are in the car. So I assumed I had my keys.
