I was hit as a pedestrian on December 10, 2022 and have not been able to get a response or any type of service from Acceptance. Because Florida is a no fault state I had to file with my insurance for them to cover me but could never get anyone to respond to emails and calls. I’m dealing with a theft claim and so far I’ve gotten no help. Haven’t heard from the acceptance agent Robert S****** and I’ve called, left voicemails and reached out in emails. NOTHING!!!

Ended up going with my own ***** ****auto insurance since after initial call to Acceptance the day their customer hit me, no one contacted me for 2 weeks except to send a few texts that their liability investigation was still ongoing. I was able to take my car to the auto repair shop the same day I contacted my own ***** ****agent.

This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Their customer hit my car and they have messed with me the entire process. 2 months later and nothing has even been done to fix my car yet. I am shocked that this company is allowed to operate. I was reared ended while stopped at a Red Light going in 3 months ago, and I am still fighting with them for reimbursement.
