This insurance company *****!!! The adjuster and the investigators!! I wrecked my vehicle and had full coverage and they still refuses to go do an estimate on my vehicle it’s been 3 weeks now!! Please do not use this company!! It’s plenty of good insurance out here and acceptance is not one of them!!! They *****!! They all about payments and not about the customers!! Acceptance *****!!!! Under no circumstances should one ever consider having insurance with this company. This company is completely unorganized and anything that they tell you is a complete lie. As I said earlier never choose this company regardless of the price.

I would do a zero if I could. At the end of April of 2022 a truck hit a deer and it in turned hit the passenger side of my truck. I got an appointment with a body shop who hard such a hard time I was asked to pick up my truck. The second body shop choice said they do not work with acceptance. Now a year later my truck is at a body shop. The supplement was approved after making a few calls from both myself and the body shop. I was involved in a hit and run by one of their policy holders February of 2023 after being informed that the driver was not on the policy the car is in someone else's name I decided to get a lawyer I have settled my claim as of this far but acceptance has Taken 2 months to mail me something as simple as my rental car reimbursement from when I had to rent a car out of pocket while my car was being repaired I am very fortunate that I do not have this company as my car insurance but I also see that if you are in an accident wi... read more

Terrible just terrible. Their client rearended me on June 22nd. I have been going back and forth with the adjuster. I have submitted photos on June 23rd. When I go to the app to upload picture it does not recognize my address so I sent my photos to my adjuster Brandon S****** as requested. It’s is now July 11th and my claim got denied because I didn’t upload photos when I sent them via email because the app doesn’t work as directed. It’s a run around with them. By far the worst company I've dealt with. I pay 280 a month, now that I've had an accident,they didn't put me in a rental with I have that coverage. Want me to get my own then they will refund me 12$ a day on it. They won't answer calls ,now my car is totaled , not only am I having to pay my deductible but also 1088$ and 527$ for tow and conditions of car. This is upsurd

I wish I could go lower. They like to do a bait and switch with pricing. Go somewhere else because the insurance is sub par, sky high, and they won’t do full coverage on anything aged in the past 5 years. They are just garbage. If you have them start running and run fast.

I have an ongoing claim and have been ignored for the past week trying to respond back to a voice message i received. The adjuster have not contact me back after several attempts. I contact a supervisor and i'm still waiting but they have no problem harassing you for payment. This doesn't make sense. I will be contacting a lawyer to see to it that by claim is handled. I would not recommend this company. It should not be this hard to get help.

Worst insurance company ever. I tried to get them to take a partial payment they asked me why would I need to do that? And refused to take it. Rudest staff, constantly transferring you they can not help you. I have never seen a worst customer service in my life. Staff will literally argue with you very unprofessional. I’m not sure if this is a real insurance company at this point I’m shopping for a new one! DO NOT use acceptance!
