The associate that worked with me, Nikki Estrada , was very patient and knowledgable of Firstmark’s products. I was going to take out a large amount of money and place it with Randolph. But when we did a comparison Firstmark was a better place to keep the money . WE just put it in a Money Market Max and 7 month CD. I had n AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Once I received approval for loan, Alexandria and I Ariza walked me through receiving and returning documents electronically via email and DocUSign. It made things much easier to do from home; did not need to venture out in freezing weather.. Presto-in less than 2 hrs, my loan was deposited in my account. Thank you /Gracias and great job!
