I shared with your associate, Felipa, how I always feel at home when I visit the Jefferson branch. I have been a member for many years and have grown to know and appreciate all the FMCU ‘family’.
Everyone at the branch was great, took a little while to see someone but that was not their fault. They kept me up to date on wait time and did what they could to assist before seeing a rep. The branch manager is awesome.
