Everyone at the branch was great, took a little while to see someone but that was not their fault. They kept me up to date on wait time and did what they could to assist before seeing a rep. The branch manager is awesome.

I needed to create a new share account and could not do it on the FMCU app. Also, needed to add a member-to-member transfer account. Came in and a bank associate took care of it. It took him a bit but he got in done. The floor supervisor was also helpful and has been in the past.
