Ms. Alice Perales provided some of the best customer service I've encountered in the last few years. She went above and beyond and helped me consolidate all my debt to have one payment a month and in the process save $80.00 a month.

On 12-05-22 my wife and I went into our FMCU office to handle a financial transaction. We were greeted by Alice Perales, a Sr. member Service Specialist for assistance. She was very cordial and a very knowledgeable individual that made our transaction less stressful. She answered all of our questions and concerns and completed the transaction in a short amount of time. Awesome❣️ First mark CU is the best bank ever! All needs were meet all questions answered your team of staff are very accommodating! Not to mention very professional. I thought I had an impossible request but no problem, FMCU very knowledgeable young lady helped me!!!! I forgot to ask for her name…it was the Jefferson bank, Saturday morning.
