While the process is always long, Laura did a great job of keeping my 7-yo engaged with the process of opening her own bank account, explaining how things worked, and answering her many questions. Thank you so much for making a usually tedious process fun and engaging.

Laura Plata was very helpful and patient even when it was past closing time. The rest of the staff was great too, even when there were issues printing our debit cards. The set up as you walk in is a little confusing, do you wait in front of desk when u come in or sit and wait? I didn't like that I didn't know where the tellers were.
