Laura Plata was very helpful and patient even when it was past closing time. The rest of the staff was great too, even when there were issues printing our debit cards. The set up as you walk in is a little confusing, do you wait in front of desk when u come in or sit and wait? I didn't like that I didn't know where the tellers were.
