The beginning & the end was good, very nice ladies helped us out. Ms Nerio was very helpful & explained everything. The Home Lending Specialist Abigail Gutierrez was very difficult to get in contact with, sent her email, text & voice messages & wouldn’t get reply. And when I did reach her & ask her about paperwork I emailed , she’d say I haven’t seen it. We did have to call someone because the money was not in our account on date we were told it would be available.
