Had appointment to meet with representative today while checking in at the teller line. I received excellent service from Teller David Rodriguez. He is very helpful and went the extra mile on servicing my accounts. He saved me time during my visit at the Mission Branch. David thank you very much for going the extra mile!
Robert Longoria went above and beyond to help us with our car loan. He was very professional and answered all our questions and made the process so easy.
I had an issue with bank not properly stamping a check, when I took it to the Mission Branch teller #1517 was so helpful. She reached out to the bank and promptly resolved the issue. This is the only place I’ve ever done my banking and the service provided by this teller is one of the many reasons why I will never leave.
We inquired about a personal loan on Friday morning by that evening we applied, qualified, and by the next morning the monies were in our account. We thought it would take days. Thanks to Wendy at the Loan department for her help throughout the process. She took her time to answer many questions we had and assisted us step by step through the application process.
