The representative we talked to was very informative very pleasant and very quick. I've never had any problem with firstmark and I have been a customer since 1993. My loan was processed very quickly and the money was in my account on the same day as I feared there. Thank you very much.

First of all the tealers was very nice the young lady who helped us get started was profaissal very friendly and nice we had a great experience

I loved the swift process in setting up my checking account . I do have a auto loan already and have been very pleased with that process also. My representative at the CU was very pleasant and informed me very well of all the amenities that go with this new account .
Excellent in communication. Friendly. Everything was explained to me where I could understand what I needed to do. Very knowledgeable. All questions were answered to my satisfaction without any doubt in my mind.

I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but the teller was great and very helpful. She gave me information about my savings account that I didn’t know, and was not told at the time I had opened the savings account. So I thank her for that.
