As a “walk-in” member, my husband had with questions about a personal loan. Firstmark staff(Tiffany from O’Connor location) assisted him. She provided several options on a personal loan and interest and then on a secured loan. I walked in later to transfer money from savings and transferred to a CD therefore being eligible for a secure loan. Tiffany was extremely professional, cordial and accommodating to our needs.
