The technician was on time!! Dalton provided an detailed explanation of the work that he was going to be doing and did an excellent job. He was very polite and even gave me a few minutes to let my dog go out before he began. Dalton can come to take care of my property any time!

Xavier was great! He explained all the steps that he would be taking to spray for pests. He asked specific questions to determine where our heaviest infestations were (ants). Explained what to look for after the applications. Told me to call if I had any concerns or questions. He is very professional and made sure that I was happy with the service before he left.

Dalton was a professional technician who explained the whole process before and during his visit to our house. I could not be happier with the service we received. We will definitely be referring Fox pest control to anyone who could benefit from their services.

Upon meeting him, I was greeted with the highest level of professionalism combined with a genuine concern for providing the best s... read more

I usually don't appreciate cold sales calls at my doorstep, but this time is exception. They were servicing a neighbor, and had some reasons to believe that my house might be subject to ant, spider, and ladybug infestation (which it is). The salesman Daniel was very good about explaining the service and responding to my needs, without being pushy. The rates are very reasonable, And they perform their initial service on the spot, which I was very impressed with. Not just spraying The foundation, but swiping around eaves and ... read more

I recently engaged Fox at my home in Billerica. Travis, my contact, did a fantastic job in pointing out potential issues for me. 4 weeks later, my ticks are way, way down- a major issue for my little Cindy. Thanks Travis!! Tim
