Recently hired Fox Pest Control to take care of some carpenter ants in my home. The staff and service was great. From the sales guy Devon, to the technicians Rachel and Jonathon, I couldn't be happier. Very personable, professional, and thorough. Thanks guys!

I had mice in my basement apartment and Fox came and did an estimate and the young kid was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. If it was not for my landlord I would have definitely hired them that day.

This company uses sales tactics to get you to sign up but fail to mention that you be charged a $250 termination fee if you "cancel" your treatments. My dog had a allergic reaction to the products they use and I contacted the sales rep to inform him. I was still charged $250 early termination fee. I do NOT recommend this company!!!

I do not recommend this company. They are not local as advertised. All calls go to a call center in Utah. At forget we're great for mice control and then I signed a contract for mosquitoes and ticks. It worked at first and then they sprayed in the rain in August and were only here that day for a few minutes. I had to call 2 more times and the third time they billed me. I was offered a credit after cancelling however when I never received it after a week I was told that they would not issue it because I cancelled and they hav... read more

Sales guy was nice and that's where it ended. Did not get rid of the yellow jackets, basically did nothing. Tried to cancel the contract and get a refund. People there are nasty and said if I didn't pay they would send me to collections. Horrible, use colonial instead.

Signed up with them because I had mice in the basement, they put in traps and sprayed, problem has gotten about 50% better. They then offered me spray for the yard to control ticks and mosquitoes, signed up and paid, and then took them three weeks to be able to get something scheduled to come out and do the work, had to threaten to cancel before they would come out. I am extremely disappointed with Fox Pest Control. Since starting service, I've actually seen more ants inside my home than outside, and my yard and driveway now have more ant hills than I know what to do with. I hired a pest control company because I expected the problem to improve, not get worse. I've reached out about my concerns and haven't been satisfied with the response. Stay away. Company is way overpriced for the service you get. Sure the guys are friendly, but they really just screwing you with a smile on their face. The guy that showed up at my house unannounced promised the world to get me to sign a 2 year contract for $70/month. That $70 gets you 15-20mins every three months, for a guy to wipe down your first floor only windows. If you live in a two story home only half will get treated. The yard is not treated at all.
