Broke promises. Didnt show up refused to honor the money back guarantee. E very cautious doing business with these guys. Their sales people promise the world and then the service department doesn't deliver. You will NEVER get a manager on the phone and you will be chasing after them for a refund

I'm utterly baffled and frankly outraged by my experience with Fox Pest Control. It's beyond me how they've managed to hold onto a 3-star rating. Let me lay out this saga of frustration: I've tried to cancel my service with Fox multiple times. Initially, while still under contract, they cornered me into a buyout situation. Later, they dangled hope by promising to end the contract at its natural conclusion, only to betray that promise by continuing to charge me. The disappointment with Fox Pest Control was real. Despite the high initial fee $470 and Hight monthly payment $77 , the pest control methods didn't work well. When I wanted to cancel, they insisted on charging an additional fee, adding to the frustration. It felt like a waste of both time and money. I do not recommend it to anyone I know and care about. Do not sign anything, they dont give a shiet after you sign that piece.

I was paying over $800/year for this service, 2 years after signing a 1 year contract. They came out because I called saying we had mice again. The technician came out out, 3 weeks later, we still had mice and I ended up setting my own traps, and caught 5 mice! So I sent an email (in writing as the contract indicates ) to cancel. 30 days later they send me an invoice, so I called and she said the only accept cancellatin via a phone call, not an email, and they sent me a copy of my signed contract, which I circled where it sa... read more

If I could give them a 0, I would. Fox Pest Control wanted about $1,100 for a 1 year contract. They didn't come monthly, only when requested. When they came, they barely glanced at my areas of concern. All they did was mainly put a few rat poison traps around the house and in the basement which I could have done myself. They have not picked up the phone in months while still charging our card. You'll be on hold through an automated answering service over half an hour and the line will drop. Sometimes while on hold they direct you to put your # in and the message says they will return a call in 48 hours. You will never get a call back. This has been going on for months while they still charge our card the monthly amount.

called Fox Pest Control after a quick internet search for yellow jacket removal (time crunch for carpenter to do work). The next was high up in rotted fascia wood. This company does not wear bee suit protection or climb ladders. They do have a long pole with which they can spray the wasps. This did not get rid of the nest. Their work is not guaranteed so they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $350 to try again or enter into an expensive 12 month contract. No thank you! Thank you! This was great. At first I was going to have someone home to meet with the technician, but they were called into work and I didn't have time to adjust or get home. It is hard for me to call off work for these types of appointments especially last minute! The technician just figured it out and did his thing without anyone here and that was super helpful for me that I didn't have to cancel or reschedule. I had yellow jackets make a nest in the air conditioner on my balcony..they were coming into condo. Call Fox pest control in Melrose Ma. a few days later they (Jonathan) took care of the nest in the air conditioner. The only problem was I saw so many yellow jackets in the condo..yikes. The next day another phone call and Gary came out and checked out the possible areas where they were coming in.
