If you are looking quality pest control, this is not the company. Their initial work seemed promising, however the technicians sent out later on were severely disappointing. I feel as though I’ve been scammed for 2 years now. We were under the belief that the mouse issue we had in 2022 had been resolved that year and the monthly checks were keeping up service and care. Jonathan was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He definitely is the guy I want taking care of our property, he pointed out a few things that we needed to help prevent small rodents and we addressed them already. I want him as our service technician as he was the initial person who serviced and knows the layout. Everything went well as there are no complaints and thank you.
Our servicer Jorge did a great job! We realized we had roaches on Sunday. We have been in our house a year and have not seen them but wanted to get it taken care of quickly. They had someone out Monday afternoon and already did our first treatment! They came to the conclusion they came in from a fridge we purchased second hand and gave us some peace of mind it is being taken care of(we are getting rid of the fridge as well) Thank you so much for taking care of this for us and being so professional.
Fox Pest Control is wonderful. Technician J. Gary is very approachable and friendly. He discusses the treatments prior to starting to ensure there are no additional problem areas. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job ensuring I understand. Highly recommend thier services.
