So happy I got a survey to rate my technician but, makes it hard because he never showed up! Don't worry though - the completion email sure did. Thanks for the great service James, you were so quick our cameras didn't even see you do it! Happy you chilled in your truck though. 10/10 recommend if you like your hard earned money going to nothing! Edit: fox sent a new tech out next day to fix the issue and assured no future issues would occur. After 4 years of service, I'll continue using them given how quickly this was handle... read more

Our tech Jose was here earlier on a 90 degree hot and humid day. He was very pleasant, despite the heat, and did a very thorough assessment and spraying, cleaning and dusting service. Always very respectful of our home and our needs and concerns. Love Fox Pest Control and all their technicians. Thank you Jose!

Sean was great. He arrived when he said he would . He was friendly, informative and knowledgeable; however, the app took me to "Homescreen" and I backed out of it. I never did see a 10/10 survey. I found this through Google. Please give Sean 5 stars.

We have had a problem with Meal Moths. We contacted Fox as we already have a contract with them after finding wasp nests in our garage two summers ago. Trevor came out, promptly, on May 12th, and put traps in likely spots. The traps caught some moths, but we still saw one or two fly through the living room almost nightly. Jonathan came out right away, on May 30th. He checked the traps and then helped us go through our pantry. We had 2 wasp nests in and just outside our garage. Fox took care of it right away, came back 2 weeks later to check if all were gone. We now have a contract for a little over 2 years and haven't had a problem with wasps anymore. Max helped us and is always fast in responding to texts. The spray around the house every 3 months. I really appreciate this compa ny. Fox will return even after spraying if there are any issues. My Technician's name is Christian, so polite and willing to spray anywhere in the yard and take down spider webs and hives he is most excellent.

We heard some mice in our walls on a Saturday evening, I contacted Fox through their website on Sunday afternoon to try and set up an appointment. They called on Monday morning, and we're at our house on Tuesday to set some traps and spray the interior and exterior for other pests as well! The response was great!
