Purchased this Cync Smart Plug today with the sole purpose of controlling a lamp. After 30 minutes, the app finally accepted my email and let me set up an account. Once the account was finally set up , there was no option to add a device. The only options I have seen so far is useless upsales.

Email verification to register doesn't work even after updating and resending. Just repeats the verification process over and over. Can't reply to the verification email to inform anyone, so here's my review - broken apps with no immediate customer support get 1 star.
