I only installed this to write a review on your commercial. That was the worst use of a great song, We Built this Toilet, that I have ever heard and keeps me from using your product.

The app didn't fit my screen. I don't want notifications and I couldn't get off the screen or resize it to find a button to press. I never even got to test your service. Using Samsung Galaxy S22

I need to reset password, front door sends an email to reset password, yet when I click on link provided by front door, link sends me to Google Play store. Get your act today! Sheesh!

I don't care about your app.one of your techs came to my house to look at my refrigerator.he said it needed a condenser.i have a home service plan and they require a estimate with the company name and address,my name and address and a diagnosis of whats wrong.the tech left me text with company name,my name and list of items my refrigerator needs.they would'nt accept it.i waited 8 days for them to send me a estimate that my home service plan would accept.i'm still waiting.i called another tech.
