FRONTDOOR IS A SCAM. I used to work for them; this company is nothing but a massive scam. If you have a contract with them, read the fine print! You'll want to cancel. My previous position with them involved going over fine print with customers to explain to them why FrontDoor would not be helping them even though it's the whole reason they have the service. They profit off of you by promising insurance that they later use loopholes to get out of covering.
