Brett and his team were great to work with. We were able to do everything via the Internet and from the comfort of my own home. Ann, Brett's assistant was on top of every little detail and immediately returned emails and phone calls. No worries working with these two.
Mine was a difficult process because my appraisal showed my equity had disappeared. Brett and Anne (his mortgage processor) were able to find me an alternate mortgage program, resolve a second mortgage subordination issue, and close the deal! Brett and his assistant were very helpful and provided an excellent rate. They are very genuine and respected by those they work with. I was able to talk to him after hours and he was there to answer my calls. I did find it very confusing to understand what all my true costs were from what he quoted and what the Truth in Lending statement were. Brett was quick and right on target with everything provided. He answered his phone pretty much regardless of the time of my call. Overall working with him and his associates went very smoothly. Would recommend.
Brett patiently explaned everything along the way. He went the extra mile and got us a better rate than initially expected. He was extremely prompt with responding to questions, even allowing phone calls and Email responses while he was on vacation. Fantastic overall experience.

I found First Mortgage of Utah through Zillow and I couldn't be more pleased. The rate they offered was the lowest I could find anywhere. To get this rate I had to go through a rigorous qualification process, but Brett and his team were there every step of the way explaining things and going to bat for me.
