Although I did not close with Brett (the loan situation dictated that I must work with another lender, sadly) I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was prompt, answered all of my questions, and EASILY had the lowest closing costs at the most attractive rates. He came in at a great price and was consistent throughout--I have worked with too many other individuals who will only try to be price competitive when they aren't going to get my business. I highly recommend using him.
I did not get a loan from Brett because he recommended that I go to a credit union since he specialized in mortgages, not HELOCs. I joined a CU and got a very good loan. Thanks for the advice.

Brett was a great resource when it came to researching and ultimately closing on a loan. He was straightforward and disclosed all closing costs, and his quote for the closing costs actually came in higher than what the closing costs ended up being. I would definitely recommend Brett to anybody new to home buying, he is very personable and knowledgeable about the process and most importantly he is honest.
He is a real worker. He is the best of all. He sincerely and promptly answers all questions. I am waiting for the rates to improve. if rates improve I will close my loan with him.
